What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We find that dog's settle much quicker when they have their own belongings with them so we would encourage you to bring your dog's bed, and perhaps a favorite toy, however we do have these available. During Winter months we ask that you provide a coat if needed. We ask that you bring your own lead, harness / collar however do have spare ones.

What happens if my pet gets poorly whilst staying with you?

We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. If we fail to reach you we will contact your emergency contact. We will take

the dog to your vet unless we feel it is an emergency and the dog needs to be seen quickly, in that case we will use our local vet. We will

make decisions with the expert advice of the veterinary practitioner and act in the bet interest of the dog at all times.

What happens if my pet doesn't settle?

We understand it can be really stressful for a pet to be away from their owner's and in a new environment. When a

booking is made we always encourage owners to come and visit us with their pet so we can meet the dog before they stay.

Your dog is our main priority when in our care and will be treated like our own. We will give plenty of cuddles, play-time, walks, treats or space to make them feel happy and relaxed. We hope that your dog enjoys their stay so much they will be excited for another visit.
